CHECKING-IN
Please check-in at the front desk at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment in order to complete the intake form, have a brief conversation with your massage therapist regarding your medical history and to discuss what you hope to accomplish with your massage treatment. It also helps to be a little early in order to relax and to allow you to start to let go of the stress of the day. Please remember to turn off your phone before your session.

LATE ARRIVAL
If you are late to your session, you are welcome to the remaining time of your scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, due to our tightly booked schedule, we are generally unable to extend a session beyond the originally appointed time. Regardless of the length of the service given, you will be responsible for the payment of the full service you scheduled.

CANCELLATION POLICY
24 hours notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduled appointments. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment for a full refund by giving us notice at least 24 hours notice preceding your appointment. Cancellations or appointment changes made with less than a 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. If you do not call to cancel or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS
Guests who are pregnant or those with high blood pressure, heart conditions, or any other medical conditions are required to inform our practitioners or spa receptionist. Please let us know what is going on with your body so we can better serve you. Your safety is important to us and your treatment may require special considerations.
To preserve a harmonious environment within the spa, mobile phones, and electronic devices should be set on silent.

We strongly recommend that our guests not wear jewelry to the spa. The management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables brought to the facilities.
In order to maintain a healthy environment, we ask guests who are feeling ill (with symptoms of colds, fevers, flu, etc.) to reschedule their appointment to a later date.
Receiving a massage during the onset of illness or toward the end of its progression is not advised. During the early phase of an illness, a massage (which promotes blood circulation) can exacerbate the symptoms and intensify its severity. Additionally, if you get a massage after the infection has peaked you may experience a relapse of symptoms and feel sick again.
All major credit cards and cash are accepted.

INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR
Nara Thai Massage provides the highest quality therapeutic massage. We have a Zero Tolerance Policy when it comes to inappropriate behavior. If any behavior is considered inappropriate, including touching, sexual innuendo and/or rude requests, the session will be terminated immediately and full payment is expected.
